The Erie County Conservation League plans on having two gun shows per year, one winter show and one fall show. These will be Saturday only shows unless otherwise noted on the website or the show flyer.



Gun Show setup hours are 7am until 9am the morning of the show. The show will open to the public at 9am and close at 4pm. All table holders are expected to stay setup until 4pm. The ECCL wants to provide a quality show for everyone attending whether they come to the show early or later in the afternoon.



Tables can be booked for each show by contacting the Show Coordinator for that particular show. The phone number for each Show Coordinator will be on the website and on the show flyers. They can also be reached by email which is gunshow@eriecountycl.com . No other person than the Show Coordinator can take reservations for tables. Calls left on the ECCL answering machine may cause a delay and a lost opportunity to get a table. Arrangements made through third parties or club officers may not be able to be honored, since the only the Show Coordinator has complete information about table availability. If there is any doubt about table reservations talk to the Show Coordinator.

Tables are sold on a first-come first-served basis. Tables are not reserved (guaranteed) until the table fee is received by the ECCL treasurer or Show Coordinator. Again third party arrangements may result in tables not being available by the time the information reaches the Show Coordinator. Table fees are non-refundable; in the event that an exceptional situation requires cancellation, the ECCL Board will determine if a refund is appropriate.

Every effort will be made to accommodate requested table location, but table locations are not guaranteed. Table reservation fees include free admission for the table holder and one guest. 2 chairs are provided with each table. Table covers are NOT provided.



All firearms must be rendered inoperable with a cable tie or trigger lock.



Parking for show vendors will be determined by the weather.



The ECCL will have food for sale during he show. There will be tables outside of the main hall to eat at.
